Home By the Sea

I'm moving! OMG! OMG I'm moving to a a duplex in Pacifica, CA, on the coast, BY THE OCEAN! A block and a half from the ocean! You can hear the waves! You can smell the sea! There is a fresh sea breeze (and, uh, a fair amount of fog, but there are also gorgeous sunny days.) There is a pier and a PUBLIC BEACH a couple of blocks from my new place!



*whew* OK, yes, I'm a little breathless. I'm moving, but not till September, thank heavens, because I have an insanely huge amount of stuff to pack, and a goal to get rid of about a quarter of the stuff I own in the process. More if I can pull it off. And I'm going to Nashville for a week in a couple of weeks, and I'm supposed to have knee surgery somewhere in there (remember the knee saga? Yeah, turns out surgery is recommended after all.) Though I'm tempted to procrastinate the knee surgery till after the move.
